Observation

2)c) There is a wire on the corner of the house that is not secured. It does not seem like it could form a loop, but a child could get a body part in between the house and the wire so it seems it could present a hazard. 3)d) The safety latch on the clothing dryer was not latched. The dryer poses an entrapment hazard. 3)g) There is a tricycle in the house that is missing the handlebar grips and two other tricycles outside with handlebar grips that are worn to the point where the metal bar ends are exposed. The metal bar ends pose a hazard of cuts or puncture injuries if the tricycle tips/falls on a child. 5)a) There is one electrical outlet on the back of the house that we hadn't noticed previously as there were plants in front of it. The outlet has a cover with little doors, but they could be opened by a child, so the outlet is accessible, and the outlet is not tamper resistant.
